ProSilva S4
The ProSilva S4 is a 4-wheel drive all-rounder with excellent reliability and safety. The harvester has an enhanced heavy duty front frame structure compared to the S3 4×4 so it can be equipped with larger cranes and harvester heads. The S4’s engine drives twin hydraulic pumps that allow the crane and harvester head to be used at the same time. Several functions can be operated simultaneously with continuous hydraulic oil flow. Operator comfort and wellbeing have always been a key design principle for us, so the S4 operator cabin is spacious and ergonomic. The rear wheels can be equipped with pendulum arms which automatically self-level the machine frame laterally. The pendulum arms ensure safety and operating stability as well as comfort. The operator cabin also levels itself backwards and forwards in a longitudinal direction. All these functions, combined with the cabin’s automatic horizontal rotation, makes ProSilva the most comfortable forest machine on the market. The 4×4 wheel configuration with large diameter wheels and high traction drive system turns steep slopes and deep snow from a risk into an opportunity. And if you need even more traction the wheels can be replaced with tracks.
ProSilva S3
The ProSilva S3 is a perfect combination of light weight, unprecedented agility, excellent stability, supreme engine and hydraulic power. It is a true little giant that we have fine-tuned for thinning and bioenergy harvesting for maximum effectiveness, efficiency and a minimal footprint on the forest floor. Robust and safe, the S3 is an excellent choice for cost-conscious contractors. Maintenance costs are low and fuel efficiency is high thanks to the intelligent adaptive hydraulics management system. High efficiency is also achieved on logging sites where the average tree volume is small. Fuel consumption is the only attribute we consider modest with the S3. The 6-cylinder engine provides enough torque reserve for even the most challenging harvesting conditions. Therefore productivity is equal to the larger harvesters. The centre of gravity is the lowest on the market just like all ProSilva models. This provides a level of stability you won’t find on any other harvesters built on top of the mechanical drivelines. ProSilva’s unique drive system controls the speed and torque of every wheel fulfilling the promise of the smallest footprint on the forest floor. The ProSilva S3 is available with a 4×4 or 6×6 configuration depending on harvesting conditions and user preferences.
Novotný LVS 720
The LVS 720 forwarder is a machine for thicker thinning, universally usable in forest stands of higher age classes. You can hardly feed this forwarder with timber after manual harvesting. The forwarder is an excellent partner for medium-sized harvesters, with a minimum daily output of around 100 m3. The huge advantage is the ratio of power, size, weight of the machine and its load capacity. It has great utility parameters. The machine is very flexible, and with its low weight and wide 600 mm standard tyres (710 mm optional), it causes very little damage to the soil. Again, we use components for the LVS 720 from the best suppliers that you can rely on. The Perkins internal combustion engine meets the latest Stage 5 emissions standard, and provides the forwarder with convenient power with plenty of reserve. We use Danfoss hydraulics which, with the Plus1 control system, give the balancer sufficient power on any terrain. The standard variant uses a Cranab FC53 hydraulic arm with double extension and a reach of 8.5 metres. The transmission is made by NAF, a proven supplier, and the mechanical locking of all 8 wheels is a matter of course in this category. The LVS 720 forwarder has a load capacity of 7.5 tonnes. The forwarder has still very acceptable dimensions – width only 2.4 m on 600 m tires, height around 3 metres, and the loading area can take 2 to 5 metres long logs. The LVS 720 has the same comfortable and spacious cabin as the LVS 520 and is also rotatable by 180°. If you have a medium-sized harvester and don’t want an unnecessarily large forwarder behind you, the LVS 720 is a great choice.
Novotný LVS 520
The forwarder is a true hard worker, universally useful for concentrating timber in forest stands of all ages. Forwarder is designed to meet the needs of modern forestry, where changes in forest management often take place dynamically and flexible response is necessary. The LVS 520 uses components from the best and most reliable suppliers. The Perkins internal combustion engine meets the latest Stage 5 emissions standard, and provides the forwarder with convenient power with plenty of reserve. We use Danfoss hydraulics, which, with the Plus1 control system, take the ride and handling characteristics of the forwarder up several notches. Since the beginning, we have been using Swedish hydraulic arms by Cranab, which excel in their durability and excellent operational properties. The drive of the forwarder is unrivalled in the small forwarder category. The forwarder has differentials with mechanical locking on all 8 wheels. The rate of climb even when loaded is, thanks to the excellent distribution, incredible. The load capacity of the LVS 520 is 6 tonnes. The forwarder is very compact – only 2.1 m wide, less than 3 m high. Logs from 2 to 5 metres long can be loaded on the loading area. Users appreciate the symmetrical distance between the front and rear axles from the centre pivot, thanks to which the LVS 520 has great traction, especially in thinning operations. The comfortable, spacious, 180° turnable cabin with excellent view is a great advantage.
Novotný LVS 511
The forwarder LVS 511 is the smallest forwarder. This forwarder of Novotný family designed to forward wood primarily from thinning and random salvage logging. The loading area is used for transporting 2 to 5 metre long assortments. Load capacity is of 6,000 kg. Model LVS 511 has great parameters for thinning, a 75 horse-power, 3.4 litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged IVECO engine that meets the requirements of the Stage 5 emission standard and provides the forwarder with enough power and low fuel consumption. The efficient hydraulic system with 2 pumps and 4 hydraulic motors by Rexroth provides a maximum pulling force of 77 kN. The forwarder is equipped with a flow divider, which, when engaged, evenly distributes the effect of the traction force of the hydraulic motors in a 1:1 ratio between the right and left axle. The model has 400 mm tires as a standard, but 500 mm tires are also very popular, providing the forwarder with even lower ground pressure. The 511 model has the most spacious cabin in its class and provides enough space even for the most robust of operators, while providing great view. The LVS 511 forwarder uses proven Swedish hydraulic cranes MOWI P25, MOWI P30 or MOHEDA M40 with telescopic extension. The hydraulic crane can have a reach of 6.6 metres and a loading capacity of 1,100 kg at 3 metres. Thanks to its parameters, the LVS 511 is the ideal tool for cut-to-lenght logging in thinning. The wheels on the front and rear axle, as with all Novotný forwarder, keep the same footprint, which is essential for easy manoeuvrability in clearings.
Novotný B861 and B961

Novotný H512
Novotný H512 is a high-performance, compact forestry harvester designed for effective thinning of coniferous and deciduous trees. Thanks to the proven 8-wheel drive chassis, the machine has great stability, incredibly high slope accessibility and terrain passability, so you have no limit when moving through the forest. The front axle is equipped with a boggie-lift function to improve maneuverability. The movement of the H512 harvester does not damage the soil or nearby standing trees. The four-cylinder, turbocharged IVECO engine with a capacity of 75 hp and a volume of 3.4 liters has a great torque of up to 320 Nm. The machine is characterized by a robust but simple construction where we use proven components. The spacious, air-conditioned and low-lying cabin allows a great view of the workplace even in dense thinning and sufficient comfort for operating the machine. Perfect lighting and a reversing camera are already included in the basic equipment. We have a choice of a hydraulic arm without or with a telescope with a maximum reach of up to 7.5 meters, a function of damping the end positions of the main arm and a double-action rotator brake are a matter of course. You will quickly get used to the intuitive control and large display of the measuring system. Harvester head Kesla RH16 II. generation is the perfect choice, it has 4 delimbing knives, a high feed speed, a maximum cut of 45 cm, and it also handles hardwood very well.
